The Ghana Community in Geneva donated 22 boxes of new and slightly used clothes and a Deep Freezer to the Osu Children’s Home on Thursday 10 th October 2019 at a brief ceremony on the premises of the Home in Labone, Accra, Ghana. The Osu Children’s Home is a community for orphaned, abandoned and needy children. The Home caters for children up to the age of 18 years. Children are referred to the Home by hospitals, courts, police and social work agencies. The Home currently has over 200 children.

OUR VISION
To promote the welfare of, and foster unity amongst, all members through, inter alia, organization of social and cultural activities. Provide financial assistance or other support to individual members of the community who might be in need; and Institution of a permanent or ad hoc mechanism for the arbitration of disputes between members of the Community.

OUR MISSION
Complement the efforts of the Ghana Permanent Mission-Geneva in building and promoting a positive image of Ghana through participation in, or contribution to relevant activities.
